I am a practising psychology professional with hands-on experience helping people overcome fear, anxiety and self-doubt through evidence-based approaches including CBT, exposure therapy and other clinically grounded techniques.

I grew up in a medical family. From an early age I had access to scientific and clinical materials most people never encounter, and I was quietly fascinated by all of it.
But it wasn't until my teenage years that this fascination became personal. To succeed in the areas that mattered to me, I realised I had to confront something first - my own fears, limiting beliefs and the patterns of thinking that were quietly getting in my way.
So I started researching anxiety, fear and the psychology of human behaviour. What began as curiosity became a years-long process of trial, error and real-life application: not just reading about fear, but working through it, testing what actually helps and discarding what doesn't.
Several years ago I began working with people one-to-one, supporting them through personal challenges, self-development and the fears that were holding them back. Watching people move through what once felt impossible is, without question, the most rewarding work I have ever done.
This course is the distillation of everything I have learned - both from the research and from real people doing real work. No pseudoscience. No quick fixes. No medication or procedures required. Just a clear, honest, step-by-step system grounded in modern psychological science.
I support people facing:
- Fear of public speaking
- Panic attacks
- Social anxiety
- Specific phobias
- Fear of failure and judgement
A clear, evidence-based approach
This course is the distillation of that work - tools, frameworks and step-by-step approaches that have made a genuine difference for real people, translated into something you can follow on your own terms.

If any of this sounds familiar
This is where the work begins: no jargon, no complicated theory, just clear step-by-step tools you can start using at your own pace.
